Partnering to Create Comfort in the Uncomfortable
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
The journey begins with ensuring we are a good fit. If my approach resonates, our work together will be centered around asking you thought-provoking questions to facilitate discovering new ways of thinking about yourself, your work, and your life. Together we will define your ideal self, outcomes, and goals and an effective strategy to realize your vision. As your coach, my ultimate goal is for you to reach and maximize your potential.
I hold a master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Management, Economics, and Technology from ETH in Zurich, Switzerland and two bachelor’s degrees (B.Sc.) in Chemical Engineering and Paper Science Engineer from NC State in Raleigh, NC. I completed my ICF accredited coach training at the Transformation Edge Business Coach Institute in Raleigh, NC. The red thread connecting my career journey has been a passion for creative problem solving and collaborative teamwork.
Outside of work I love spending time in nature with my partner, and my dog, Cupcake. Our favorite place is anywhere we can drive to in our remodeled 2003 Dodge Ram van. I also enjoy reading, trail runs, and relaxing in a hot sauna.
